Hard Reset for Alcatel OT-385

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel OT-385 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. Turn your phone on.
2. Type in this code: 25228353.
3. Your phone will now restart.
Instruction #2
1. Turn your phone off.
2. Now press and hold # button + Power button.
3. Release when device will start to reboot.
4. Confirm Factory reset by pressing and holding Left Softkey.
5. Voila, you're done.
