Hard Reset for Alcatel OT-710
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel OT-710.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel OT-710 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. Turn your phone on.
2. Open phone's dialer and type in this code: 25228353.
3. Confirm by pressing Call Key.
4. Your phone will now restart.
Instruction #2
1. First, press and hold the Power key to turn the device off.
2. Next, press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons for several seconds.
3. Now press Home key and select “Wipe Data/Factory Reset” using the Volume rocker.
4. To confirm, press Menu key.
5. Afterwards, select "reboot system now". Press Menu key to confirm.
