Hard Reset for Alcatel Pixi 3 (8) 3G
In our description database there are 3 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel Pixi 3 (8) 3G.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel Pixi 3 (8) 3G device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. To get started, press and hold the Power key to turn the device on.
2. Now go to Menu > Settings.
3. Next, choose Backup & Reset and tap Factory data reset.
4. Touch Reset device.
5. Almost there... select Erase everything to confirm the operation.
6. Jolly good, you have performed the hard reset. Pat yourself on the back and open up a bottle of beer.
Instruction #2
1. For starters, press and hold the Power key to turn the device off.
2. Now press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons for a few seconds. 
3. Please, release them when the Boot Mode starts.
4. Next, use Volume Up to scroll down to Recovery. Press Volume Down to confirm.
5. Press Volume Down to choose "wipe data/factory reset". Press Power button to confirm.
6. Now select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume buttons to scroll and Power to select.
7. Select "reboot system now" and restart the device.
8. Factory reset operation has been performed.
Instruction #3
1. Turn off the tablet. How? Well, first light the incense... just kidding. Press and hold the Power button.
2. Then press and hold Volume Down + Power button for about 10 seconds.
3. To choose "Clear eMMC", use Volume Down to navigate and Power button to confirm.
4. Hard reset should begin now.
