Hard Reset for HTC ChaCha

In order to hard reset a HTC ChaCha, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
HTC ChaCha device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Begin by pressing and holding Volume down first and Power button second. 

2. A new menu will open.
3. Using Volume down to navigate and Power button to confirm choice, select Clear Storage.
4. Your phone will now reset and restart. Well done.
