Hard Reset for HTC Ozone
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for HTC Ozone.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. HTC Ozone device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. First, turn off the phone, remove its battery and put it back in.
2. Now press and hold the Volume Down, Send and Power buttons for a few seconds.
3. Complete the hard reset process by pressing Volume Up and Send buttons.
Instruction II:
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Select Start and go to System Tools > Clear Storage.
3. Your phone will now reset and restart.
