Hard Reset for i-mate JAM
In order to hard reset a i-mate JAM, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
i-mate JAM device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Find yourself a stylus (it should be provided with the phone).
2. First of all, press and hold the Power button until the phone turns off.
3. Pick up the stylus and insert it into the small hole in the bottom of the phone.
4. Phone will now reset and restart. Well done!
