Hard Reset for i-mate PDA2k
In order to hard reset a i-mate PDA2k, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
i-mate PDA2k device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Find your stylus. I hope you still have it!
2. Make sure your phone is turned on. If not, hold down the Power button until it turns on.
3. Pick up the stylus and insert it into a small hole on the bottom of the phone.
4. Phone will now reset'n'restart, thus completing the hard reset process.
