Hard Reset for i-mate Smartflip
In order to hard reset a i-mate Smartflip, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
i-mate Smartflip device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press both Right and Left softkeys simultaneously.
3. As you hold them down, press the Power button.
4. When instructed to, press 0.
