Hard Reset for i-mate SP3
In order to hard reset a i-mate SP3, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
i-mate SP3 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Power up the phone by holding down the Power button.
2. Now hold down both softkeys.
3. Keep holding the softkeys; briefly press the Power button.
4. When prompted to, press 0.
5. Your phone will now reset and restart.
