How to Soft Reset Alcatel Evolve 2
Instruction #1
1. Press and hold the Power button. 
2. Choose the Power Off option, then tap OK.
3. Just wait for a few seconds.
4. Now hold down the Power button again to turn the phone back on.
Instruction #2
1. First, take off the back cover and remove the battery for a few moments.
2. Next, put the battery and the cover back in.
3. Last, turn the phone back on by holding the Power button.
